We
pride ourselves on the happy, friendly atmosphere in our practice, and this is
often commented on by our patients.
We believe our staff are one of our most valuable assets and regularly take them
on 'team building' courses. They are well trained and have all been with the practice
some time.
Two members of our current staff left us while they had children and have subsequently
returned. Because they still have small children, they work as a 'job share'.
